Több mint két évtizedes vezetői tapasztalatom, amelyet multinacionális gyógyszer-, és diagnosztikai cégeknél szereztem, arra tanított meg, hogy a szervezeteket az azokat alkotó emberek teszik igazán sikeressé. Jelenleg a Dft Hungária szerződött parnereként szervezetfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos tréningeket tartok. Ezen belül számos lehetőség adódik egyéni coaching folyamatok, különösen megoldásközponti rövid folyamatok végigfuttatására. Meggyőződéses híve vagyok az agilis szervezeti kultúrának, ezen belül az agilis értékek rugalmas alkalmazásának. Az agilitás alapértékei minden mai szervezet számára fontosak, ezek az elkötelezettség, a nyíltság, a tisztelet, a bátorság és a feladatra való fókuszáltság. Coachként híve vagyok annak, hogy szinte észrevétlenül támogassam ügyfeleimet saját megoldásai megtalálásában.

I was formally the line manager of György by Roche, but in the reality it was a much more complex and deeper relationship. When I took over the position and became his line manager, practically I did not know anything about the business I needed to lead. I was working with György as a part of his team for almost 4 years directly reporting to him.
